The patterned volumes of this eye-catching bird home are inspired by another Swiss architect, Mario Botta. His architecture is usually defined by simple geometric volumes that are detailed by patterns or textures.

Two distinct boxes, the upper perforated by a grid of circular holes to serve as ventilation, and the lower to protect the nest are separated by gaps to allow for further natural airflow.
