Our mission for this endeavor has three objectives; the first is to create beautiful dwellings for our avian friends, second is to cultivate creative activities between parents and their children, and third is to contribute to organizations which help protect endangered animals.

Create

There are a lot of different birdhouses out there, but our goal is to create truly special modern avian dwellings which are thoughtfully designed and inspired by good architecture. Our background in architecture, allows us to design these little houses as unique, well proportioned, functional shelters which meet the specific requirements of their inhabitants, while at the same time keeping a keen eye on their aesthetics.

Creativity never ends, so stay tuned to Chirp for new designs as we try to provide more options to a more diverse clientele. Join our newsletter!

Cultivate

The biggest joy in developing this little project we call Chirp Birdhouses, is the time spent thinking about ideas, developing designs, and establishing goals between our father & daughter team. Whether our little business is successful or not, this process has been an enriching experience for both of us. Because of this, we’d love for Chirp to be a modest opportunity to cultivate the idea of parents and their children working on a project together - even if it’s just a birdhouse kit, all while being a part of an effort to help protect our fragile natural environment.

Contribute

Our mission also includes contributing to our environment in a positive way. We’ve teamed up with One Tree Planted so that for every single Chirp birdhouse that is sold, one tree is planted to help battle deforestation. By doing so, we are all doing a small part in fighting climate change so our beloved birds, insects, mammals and sea creatures can thrive on this planet too. After all, earth is their home too, and we feel a great sense of responsibility in helping them survive, so Mina and her fellow classmates can grow to see today’s endangered forests and wildlife, flourish in the future.
