Shipping
We currently ship to the continental United States, Canada and the UK. Our products usually ship via USPS within 5-10 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays), but some items may require additional processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Returns
If you are not happy with the item you have purchased, we are happy to find the best possible solution. Please get in touch by sending an email to info@chirpbirdhouses.com. Do not return your package before getting in touch with us. Once approved for return, items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending it back undamaged in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Items returned after 14 days from the date of an original receipt are not eligible for a refund/ exchange.
Only the items unused in the original unopened package are eligible for return. If any kits have been assembled, or any components or birdhouses have been exposed to weather (outdoors), returns will not be accepted.
All returns must include the original receipt or a proof of purchase.
Once approved for return, we will provide return address and any other instructions by email.
Refunds
Please allow 2-4 business days as we inspect returned item and make a decision whether or not an item is eligible for a full refund/replacement. Upon approval your refund will be issued and reimbursed to the original method of payment. Refunds and exchanges do not include packaging or shipping costs.
Packaging and Shipping Costs
Our customers are responsible for paying all shipping and packaging costs for the returned items. We will deduct shipping and handling costs from the amount or your refund. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items. For all returned purchases we recommend choosing a tracking/certified shipping method or to purchase a shipping insurance.

Orders usually take 3-7 business days to fulfill, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Orders
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Because each order is print-on-demand, returns of items are sometimes not possible.
Returns
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@chirpbirdhouses.com!
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@chirpbirdhouses.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@chirpbirdhouses.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
