Chirp No. 5 - ANDO
Chirp No. 5 - ANDO
Self-taught Japanese architect Tadao Ando creates simple, elegant, geometric architecture which create memorable, and powerful spaces. His philosophy towards design seems to be a perfect starting point for a titmouse birdhouse.
A simple box is punctured to create the entrance hole. The entire volume is then blanketed with an L-shaped roof which covers the entrance and is also punctured on the side to create a resting seat.
